I'm a firm believer that authentic bargains are just as valuable as authentic history! If we aren't thrifty with what we have, we won't be blessed with more.
Here's a verse that has stuck with me all week: You hoped for rich harvests, but they were poor. And when you brought your harvest home, I blew it away. Why? Because my house lies in ruins, says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, while all of you are busy building your own fine houses. Because no matter how we pretty up our homes (even thriftily), it's the building of the body of Christ that really matters.
