Red Shed French Market features Newly Created French Antiques

Less than 48 hours until the French Market at the Red Shed. Wish we WERE in Paris, where the current temperature is a comfortable 79 F! Alas we are in Texas so we are going to try to put as much of the Market under Air Conditioning as possible!
We wanted to share a few antiques that we create by combining different pieces of vintage, antique, old and new...
I call this a French Perfume mirror. I make one a couple of times a year, and this one was just made for the French Market sale. Antique French perfume ephemera, from the Paris Flea Market, is fused to the back of the mirror and peeks through the silvering on the top, bottom, both sides and one little place in the middle that says "Paris".........

Pendants, Crystals and Jewelry made from bits and pieces straight from the Paris Flea Market.....These darling pendants are reversible and have a different French scene on each side!

(Handmade by the Red Shed Girls, and each a "One of a Kind").

Giant crystals from the flea Market, also have another scene on the reverse side..

And jewelry made from antique French medallions, vintage necklace pieces, and french emphemra....

We always make initial pendants with exclusive designs, but you wont get more exclusive than this! We have found initial patterns among our antique Saint book plates, and look what fabulous necklaces they make! You WILL not see these patterns anywhere else!! A great way to wear a little bit of Paris for under $10.00.If we can't see you at the Red Shed this Saturday, we hope you will join us in spirit....say a little prayer for no heat stroke...then get to Texas as soon as you can (maybe in the Spring or Fall...oh wait, it is suppose to be Spring)!
